Information we collect

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from HydroBlast Pro™, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone number and payment details when you place an order. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Device information — browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed and how you interact with them, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • Fulfilling orders: processing payment, shipping, sending order and tracking confirmations.
  • Customer support: responding to questions, processing refunds and warranty claims.
  • Store improvement: understanding how visitors use the site so we can fix problems and improve the experience.
  • Advertising: measuring the effectiveness of our ads and showing relevant ads to people likely to be interested (only if you accept analytics/ads cookies).

Cookies and analytics

With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use:

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures ad performance and conversion events (e.g. page views, add-to-cart). See Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session analytics (heatmaps, session replays) to help us find and fix usability problems. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Essential cookies (e.g. your shopping cart, your cookie choice) are always active because the store can't function without them. You can decline analytics/ads cookies in the banner, and clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate the store — payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, and the analytics/advertising providers listed above. We never sell your personal information.

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained per the providers' standard retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
